As the long-standing Director of the AAID Implant MaxiCourse in the UAE, Dr. Banday has trained and mentored hundreds of clinicians in advanced implant dentistry. Her extensive experience, coupled with a passion for teaching, ensures that every participant benefits from both evidence-based knowledge and real-world clinical insight.

Dr. Shankar Iyer is an internationally recognized Prosthodontist, Implantologist, and educator with over 25 years of experience in clinical practice and academia. A graduate of New York University College of Dentistry, where he also completed his postgraduate training in Prosthodontics, he currently serves on the faculty at Rutgers University Dental School, New Jersey.
As Director of Smile USA Academy and the AAID Implant MaxiCourse in Asia, Dr. Iyer has trained and mentored thousands of dentists worldwide. A Diplomate of the American Board of Oral Implantology and Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, he brings extensive surgical and restorative expertise along with a passion for education. His leadership and evidence-based approach continue to advance global standards in implant dentistry
Hold a valid license to practice from DOH (Abu Dhabi), DHA (Dubai), or MOH (Sharjah).
Have a minimum of 3 years of post-internship clinical experience.
