Dr. Sana Banday is a US-trained Consultant Orthodontist passionate about creating confident, healthy smiles through individualized care. Originally from Karachi, Pakistan, Dr. Sana completed her dental education there before moving to the United States. She earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from Boston University in 2015 and went on to complete her residency and Master’s in Orthodontics at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio.
Dr. Sana has practiced in private orthodontic clinics across Texas, where she treated a wide range of complex cases using both traditional braces and clear aligners. Her dedication to excellence led her to become board-certified by the prestigious American Board of Orthodontics—an achievement held by only a select group of orthodontists.
Now based in Abu Dhabi, Dr. Sana brings her extensive experience, advanced training, and a patient-first philosophy to Marigold Dental & Orthodontic Clinic. She is deeply committed to delivering evidence-based, compassionate care to children, teens, and adults alike.
Dr. Sana comes from a family of dental professionals—her mother, siblings, and husband are all dentists—instilling in her a lifelong passion for dentistry. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time outdoors with her husband and two children.
